Tuesday, August 21st, 2007Every summer, heat-weary Arizonans flock to San Diego to relax near the coast. On a sunny Friday afternoon, the sail boats were out in force, including the majestic Californian, a replica of the 1847 Revenue Cutter C.W. Lawrence, that patrolled the coast of California enforcing federal law during the gold rush.
